Kay is spending a portion of 2012 as a Resident Guest/Teacher at Paz y Luz Healing and Conference Center in the Sacred Valley of Peru where she will be studying and learning the Andean Spiritual & Healing Traditions of the area while visiting the sacred sites of Peru.  She will also be teaching and writing while she is in Peru.  Please follow her and her travels on Facebook & go LIKE her Facebook Fan Page.

Kay provides Nutrition and Wellness Programs & Services to corporations, groups and individuals and teaches Yoga Classes in the North Atlanta area. She is a Wellness Coach and Workshop Facilitator for Health Designs, a company serving Corporate Clients in Georgia. She presented the 'Principles of Ayurveda' to a group of Yoga & Pilates Instructors & Mind/Body Fitness Professionals at the 2009 Annual Inner Idea Conference in Palm Springs, CA.  Kay serves as the Nutrition and Meditation Expert on called The Ultimate Fitness Quest. 

Kay has lived in the Atlanta area since 1982. She grew up in Auburn Alabama where she was surrounded by college athletes, worked in the University Athletics Department and attended the University. In 1982 she received her Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Auburn University. In addition, Kay is an I.B.N.F. Certified Nutrition Coach, a Licensed Corporate Wellness Coach, and an A.C.S.M. Certified Health & Fitness Specialist™.

After the realization the Mind Body connection was an integral part of optimal health & well-being she became a student of Deepak Chopra, MD and the Chopra Center for Well-being. She is a Certified Chopra Center Instructor and Vedic Master.
