Sue Bonanno is a Certified Primordial Sound Meditation and Perfect Health/Ayurveda instructor and a 500hr Registered Yoga & Meditation Teacher (e-RYT500) located south of Boston, MA. She is the founder of Soulspace Meditation. (soulspacemeditation.com)

Sue uses meditation, yoga and Ayurvedic lifestyle to transform life’s challenges into tools of strength, clarity and purpose while guiding her students to do the same.

Sue has been practicing meditation and yoga for over 20 years, teaching students and training new teachers for the last decade.

Her teaching is shaped by the depth of yoga’s Vedic roots and influenced by the great Vedic teachers of the 20th century, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and Krishnamacharya, and their respective students, Dr. Deepak Chopra and B.K.S. Iyengar.  Her passion is the exploration of consciousness and mindfulness as it relates to the creation of a healthy, vibrant and purposeful life.

Sue holds specialized certifications in Primordial Sound Meditation, Ayurveda, Vinyasa Yoga 200/300 hour level, Kid Power Yoga, Broga (yoga geared for men) and Reiki. She co-directs the Yoga Alliance certified Universal Power Yoga Teacher Training program and Meditation Training programs through Soulspace Meditation & Wellbeing. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross.
